Bookings & Payments
Event and party bookings are made through our online system (FareHarbor) or in person.
Payments are required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
Deposits are generally non-refundable but may be transferred at our discretion if events must be rescheduled.
Refunds & Cancellations
Tickets for attractions (such as laser tag or VR games) are non-refundable once purchased.
Party and event cancellations must be made within the time frame specified during booking. Failure to cancel in time may result in forfeiture of deposit.
Code of Conduct
Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, other visitors, and property.
Unsafe, abusive, or disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.
