Bookings & Payments

  • Event and party bookings are made through our online system (FareHarbor) or in person.

  • Payments are required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

  • Deposits are generally non-refundable but may be transferred at our discretion if events must be rescheduled.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • Tickets for attractions (such as laser tag or VR games) are non-refundable once purchased.

  • Party and event cancellations must be made within the time frame specified during booking. Failure to cancel in time may result in forfeiture of deposit.
